When will my order arrive?

Depending on the chosen shipping company and delivery agent, we offer a range of delivery options in major cities. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page.

You can request international delivery by contacting our store team via WhatsApp. Provide the shipping information (including product weight and pricing) to international shipping agents not currently listed in the store.

What if I have a defective product?

Please review our return policy for details on returns and exchanges. If a product is defective and a return is agreed upon, the shipping cost will be charged to the shipping company, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. The product's value will not be refunded to the customer under the return policy.

I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?

The store offers bulk order delivery and discounts of 10-20% are available on select products. You can contact us directly through the contact page and inquire about quantities.
